Mission Statement
The Williamsburg of Keller Homeowners Association, Inc., focuses on proactively maintaining the property value of our residents by creating a sense of community, improving the quality of life in our neighborhood,and enhancing our neighborhood's image.
Background
Williamsburg Estates of Keller was started in 1989 when Keller had a population of about 8,000 people. Since then, Keller has grown into a community of 42,000 plus people, Williamsburg residents have worked together to maintain a vitality and freshness that attracts new residents and makes Williamsburg a highly sought neighborhood.
All homeowners in Williamsburg are dues-paying members of the Williamsburg of Keller Homeowners Association. Homeowners receive information about the association at the time of their home closings.
Large Wooded Lots
Williamsburg Estates of Keller is a 92-custom-home subdivision located in the heart of Keller. Most lots are heavily wooded with an average lot size of 18,000 square feet. Well maintained homes and yards make Williamsburg a highly desirable neighborhood.
Neighborhood Park
Williamsburg Estates has its own neighborhood park for its residents and their guests. Areas for picnicking, children's playground and a large open field make the park a magnet for adults, kids and pets.
Easy Access to Amenities
Residents of Williamsburg Estates can easily walk to Bear Creek Park, the Keller Trail System, Keller Pointe, Natatorium and the Keller Town Center area. A short ride takes residents to Southlake and Alliance.
Our Homeowners Association
Williamsburg Estates has an active homeowners association that warmly welcomes residents, has garage sales and neighborhood picnics, publishes regular newsletters and promotes neighborhood communications.
