Return the form below with $5.00 to Leona Dean’s home, 1009 Williamsburg Ln. to participate in the sale. List any items that you would like to include in ads.

There will be a box on the porch to drop off your flyer & pick up your packet, which will contain balloons and streamers for your mailbox on the sale days.
